Idea Launches 3G Service In GoaIDEA Cellular today announced the launch of 3G service in Panaji, Mapusa, Margao, Vasco and Ponda in Goa.

As of now Idea's 3G services are available in 9 circles – MP, Gujarat, HP, UP West, UP East, AP, Kerala and Haryana, besides Maharashtra, and has already enrolled over 1 million users in the first of month of launch.

Idea has introduced Time based Billing plan for 3G services enabling users to avail high-end data services without worrying about the volume of usage.

Acer, the world’s 2nd largest PC giant today officially launched ICONIA TAB A500, a 10.1-inch Android 3.0 "Honeycomb" OS and Windows 7 platform based tablet along with 5 new tabs in the Indian market.

ICONIA TAB A500 WiFi version will be available for Rs.27990 onwards with the 3G and 4G LTE support and the 10″ Windows HP with the portable keyboard and Windows 7 Operating System is expected to be priced at Rs. 32499

Sleek, smart and full of innovative features, the ICONIA Tab A500 is first Android 3.0 Honeycomb based Tablet launched in Indian market equipped with 10.1" full capacitive multi-touch screen, Dolby Home Theater v3, full size USB port, mini USB port, HDMI output, Multiple connectivity options, including Wi-Fi, 3G or Bluetooth 2.1, and the Nvidia Tegra 2 dual-core 1.0 GHz processor with Flash 10.1 support for optimized HD Web experience.

The device’s RAM memory is 1 GB, internal memory is 16 GB (with expansion up to 32 GB via the SD card slot).
