S Tel Launches ‘Talk Today, Free Tomorrow’ Offer in Orissa

S Tel, one of the youngest GSM Mobile service operator continued its endeavor to simplify the lives of mobile users, today launched, "Talk Today, Free Tomorrow" (TTFT) – for its consumers in Orissa (Odisha) telecom circle, an innovative and simple plan that would uncomplicate the lives of mobile phone users.

Priced at Rs. 19, the TTFT plan allows customers to enjoy as many free local minutes the next day as are utilized by them today. Consumers will be informed through an SMS regarding the FREE minutes available to him/her every day.

Alternatively, S Tel prepaid customers can also check their free local balance at any point by dialing *118# from their mobile phones. The pack comes with a validity of 30 days and the offer becomes active immediately on purchase.

Announcing the launch of the product at a press conference in Bhubaneswar,the capital city, Mr. Shamik Das, Chief Executive Officer, S Tel said, "S Tel prides itself in being able to identify and cater to the unaddressed needs of the communities and offer relevant products and services. The ‘Talk Today, Free Tomorrow’ plan is our endeavor to encourage the mobile users to stay connected with their near & dear ones throughout the day for days…"

Commenting on the product, Mr. Balwinder Chawla, Chief Operating Officer, Odisha circle said, "We expect TTFT to be popular with customers who have moderate to heavy mobile usage. These customers are often confused by plethora of plans in the market and hidden clauses that attempt to provide reduced call rates but in effect make them pay more.

If the caller translates the minutes earned everyday into the effective call rate applicable to him, he will find TTFT to be the most affordable plan available for local calling in Odisha market at this point. Considering that the bulk of calls made by users in Odisha are local, we anticipate this plan will see huge customer traction."

MTS India Crosses 5 Million Subscriber Mark, Launches Unlimited MBlaze

MTS India the CDMA mobile telephony services brand of Sistema Shyam TeleServices Ltd (SSTL) today announced that It has crossed the milestone of 5 million CDMA subscribers in just 361 days.

To Celebrate the milestone achievement of 5 million subscriber, MTS has offered "Unlimited MBlaze" to the new and existing customers of its mobile broadband service, MBlaze. It also announced 25% discounts on its Win-Win packs for its customers in all the circles except Andhra Pradesh .

Commenting on the landmark achievement, Mr. Vsevolod Rozanov, President and Chief Executive Officer of SSTL said, "Five million subscribers have given us a special place in Indian telecom sector and we are determined to offer them new voice and data products, further enriching their telecom experience."

MTS mobile high speed internet service, MBlaze will be introducing another innovative product 'Unlimited MBlaze' with which customers can avail unlimited data access for 30 days at a price of Rs. 999. Exclusive: Etisalat's Cheers Mobile Now In MumbaiWould you like to say "Cheers" even before the Commercial launch in Mumbai, then hold your breath!Now, you can actually own & use Cheers Mobile Prepaid GSM Service SIM Card.

I myself is using the Cheers GSM Service and I'm not 100% satisfied by the service BUT considering the fact that its still TESTING its network coverage across Mumbai, the network can be said "OK".

Feedback from your side if reported will be worked upon which will be very beneficial to you if you continue to use the Cheers Services even after the commercial launch.

The Sim-Kit is priced at Rs.49, the First Recharge amount is available at Rs.101 which gives you a talktime of Rs.91 with an attractive tariff for 365 days. In FRC 101, all local Off-net calls will be charged at just 30paise/minute, on-net Local calls will be charged at flat 10paise/minute and all STD calls will be charged at flat 60paise/minute.

If we talk of SMS Charges then local off-net sms will be charged at 30paise/160 characters, Local and STD on-net sms will be charged at 10paise/160 characters and STD off-net sms will be charged at 50paise/160 characters. What's More, to enjoy the above tariff you need NOT recharge with any Special Tariff Voucher(STV).

Currently, only one FRC is available and all Recharge vouchers come with 0 Processing Fee, which means lest service tax,  you will get the rest of the money spent on Recharge as TALKTIME.Currently, only Voice and Sms services are available but as time progresses all Value Added services will be launched including Callertunes, Missed Call Alerts and also GPRS/WAP.

Cheers Mobile is all set to provide High Quality n Affordable GSM Service to its Nationwide customers commercially very soon. This is first of its kind initiative wherein you can test the network.
